First Step: Attend the PMES

Ready to take the first step toward becoming an official member?

All aspiring members are required to attend the Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES). This seminar will help you understand our values, responsibilities, and the benefits of membership, preparing you for a meaningful and committed journey with the organization.

🗓 Seminar Schedule

Every Wednesday – 3:00 PM
Every Saturday – 9:00 AM

📌 Important Details

✅ One (1) seminar attendance is required
⏳ Seminar validity: Attendance is valid for six (6) months, giving you enough time to complete the remaining membership requirements.

✨ This seminar is the official gateway to membership.
Attend, learn, and move forward with confidence.

Second Step: Interview by the Board of Directors

After successfully attending the Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES), aspiring members will proceed to the Interview Stage.

All applicants will undergo a personal interview with one (1) member of the Board of Directors (BOD). This interview serves as a Character Investigation, ensuring that each applicant aligns with the organization’s values, principles, and standards of conduct.

The interview is conducted in a respectful and confidential manner, allowing both the applicant and the organization to better understand each other.

Third Step: Complete Membership Requirements

After passing the interview, applicants are required to complete and submit all necessary membership documents. These requirements help verify identity, eligibility, and personal records to ensure a smooth and secure membership process.

🪪 Valid Government-Issued ID
📸 Two (2) 2×2 ID Pictures
🧾 Tax Identification Number (TIN)
👨‍👩‍👧 Marriage Certificate (if married) or Birth Certificate

⚠️ Important Reminder:
All documents must be complete, valid, and accurate. Incomplete submissions may delay the processing of your Loan application.

✨ Completing these requirements brings you one step closer to becoming an official member.
Prepare your documents early and submit them on time.

Final Step: Membership Deposit

Upon completion of all requirements, applicants may proceed with the payment of the Membership Fee and the required deposit for Share Capital. Members may also choose to make an optional deposit to their Savings Account.

This step officially activates your membership and grants you access to the benefits, services, and opportunities offered by the organization.
